California Auto Renew Terms

By agreeing to the subscription terms of Lichen Estate Wine Club, you acknowledge that you will be automatically charged at the time of each wine club release, which includes a selection of bottles of wine, 3 times per year (Spring/Fall/Holiday), giving Lichen Estate authorization to process your credit card or other payment method on file for the amount of each wine club release. The amount processed may vary based on each wine release selection and your selected club membership level. You agree that your subscription will be subject to automatic renewal unless you cancel your subscription prior to the release date. Lichen Estate will notify the member of the release date via email approximately one week prior to the release date. It is the member’s responsibility to supply Lichen Estate with a preferred valid email address for wine club communication. After one full year, memberships may be cancelled, at any time, by emailing info@lichenestate.com at least 3 days prior to the processing of the next club release. Cancellations prior to one year of continuous membership will be retroactively charged for any discounts received during membership period. It is the responsibility of the member to cancel the membership prior to the processing of payment.
